High school football schedule changes due to Hurricane Francine

High schools in Louisiana have faced difficulties due to schedule changes caused by the approaching Hurricane Francine on the Gulf Coast.

The game featuring Karr at Opelousas has been canceled.

Acadiana's Lafayette Renaissance game has been rescheduled to take place in Abbeville on Saturday at noon. The Port Barre at Beau Chene match will now kick off at 6 p.m. on Saturday. The Central Lafourche at New Iberia game, initially planned for Friday night, will be postponed to a future date.
